Employed at Sanexen since 2020 as a project manager, Stefan Lutzenkirchen holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering with a specialization in environmental studies. With several years of experience in both fieldwork and project management, he specializes in the execution of environmental projects across the 14 villages of Nunavik, primarily under Sanexen’s subsidiary, Avataani. His main responsibilities include the full management of projects, covering financial proposals, work coordination, management of technicians, subcontractors, and suppliers, as well as final report preparation, and issuance of disposal certificates. These projects focus on hazardous waste management, environmental site assessments (Phase I), site characterization (Phase II), and site remediation.
