Véronique Décoste is Lead – Community Relations at Raglan Mine (Glencore), bringing over 20 years of professional experience in community engagement, communications, human resources, and project management. In the mining industry since 2012, she has worked in both international settings, including New Caledonia, and with Indigenous partners in Québec, including the Cree Nation of James Bay, and now focuses on building strong, long‑term partnerships with Inuit communities in Nunavik.
